At Skreeeech Collectibles, we take pride in providing authentic trading cards and sealed products. Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are subject to the following policy.





All Sealed Products – Final Sale



All sealed trading card boxes, packs, cases, and factory-sealed products (“wax”) are final sale.


We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sealed products for any reason, including but not limited to:


  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Pack contents
  • Manufacturer collation
  • Perceived box quality
  • Market price fluctuations



Once a sealed product has been shipped, the sale is considered final.





Singles & Graded Cards



All single cards and graded cards are sold as-is.


We do not accept returns based on:


  • Centering
  • Corners or edges
  • Surface condition
  • Print lines
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Grading disagreements
  • Buyer’s remorse



We provide photos and descriptions to allow customers to make informed purchasing decisions.





Incorrect Items



If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label



Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.





Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of:


  • The outer shipping box
  • Packaging materials
  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping label



Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.





Refund Eligibility



Refunds (if approved) are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases of:


  • Verified incorrect item fulfillment
  • Verified carrier damage claims



Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.





Chargebacks & Fraud



We document all orders prior to shipment.


Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or policy abuse will be formally disputed and may be reported to the appropriate payment processor.





Policy Updates



We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
