Order Processing Time

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.


Free shipping applies to standard delivery service within the United States only.

Expedited shipping options, if available, may incur additional charges at checkout.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for transit delays.





Address Accuracy



Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer



If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.





Lost or Stolen Packages



If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If you believe your package was lost in transit, you must contact us within 5 days of the last tracking update so we may assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.


All claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval.





Damaged Shipments



If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include clear photos of:


  • The shipping box
  • The packaging materials
  • The damaged product(s)
  • The shipping label



Failure to provide documentation within this timeframe may void eligibility for review or claim assistance.





High-Value Orders



For high-value items, we may require:


  • Signature confirmation
  • Shipping insurance
  • Adult signature upon delivery



These measures are taken to protect both the customer and our business.





Sealed Product Disclaimer



All sealed trading card products are carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment.


We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, collation issues, or pack contents inside factory-sealed products.


All sealed product sales are final. Please refer to our Returns & Store Policy for additional details.
